An obelisk memorial built for the president of the south, Jefferson Davis, who served during the Civil War. Most people don't know that Union and Confederate presidents were both born in Kentucky.This can be seen in Fairview ,Kentucky.

It is my hope that my Photography and art be inspirational and evoke feelings and thoughts. Many of my outdoor images were captured by spending many hours traveling, hiking and waiting for that perfect shot. I always say "Mother nature paints a pretty picture" and is a favorite subject so is more prevalent in my postings.
