An altered photograph to look like a painting of the sun setting in a thick woods in the Tennessee wilderness. Notice the high rock wall in the background. We were hiking all day and snapped many images of caves, rock houses,creeks and this image of the sun on the west side of the trees. The trail lead through an opening in the rock wall,and we got to the car just as the sun set.

It is my hope that my Photography and art be inspirational and evoke feelings and thoughts. Many of my outdoor images were captured by spending many hours traveling, hiking and waiting for that perfect shot. I always say "Mother nature paints a pretty picture" and is a favorite subject so is more prevalent in my postings.
